With a heading like that we have no doubt attracted some interest as we absolutely know that those three things aren't easily found. Lets start with the views, with this elevated position you get great sea views (better than the photos suggest), magical sunsets and in the winter months, snow on the distant mountains. The versatile layout allows you a work from home situation with a large open plan living area, separate access and a beautiful ensuite bathroom downstairs and upstairs a further three bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, laundry, and open plan dining and lounge that faces those views as well as opening to a great deck area to entertain. Those with plenty of toys or in need of a workshop will be impressed with the huge garaging here, it was quite a surprise to us with two separate garage doors and areas to allow lots of parking or creating if a workshop is your thing. The owners also manage to park a small caravan onsite and still have their vehicles parked in the garage (even a Ford Ranger will fit comfortably). The section entrance is easy drive on access and there is room to create even more parking if necessary. The balance of the land is terraced and provides a lot of fresh food for the family that lives here with mature citrus, feijoas, berries, avocado (yes really) and incredibly, finger bananas, so it shows you that the conditions must be just right as neither are easily grown in many parts of Nelson.
